If a candidate doesn't have a bachelor's degree in Law but have a degree in other field then is he eligible for the post of Tahsildar? What is the standard educational criteria?

1.There is not any such requirement of having bachelor degree for the post of Tahsildar but you should have the bechelor degree in any stream with any recognized university in India
2.The exam for this post is conducted by each state PSC(public service commission) once in a year.
3 exam contains three phases which are preliminary,mains and interview.
