What is the educational requirement for the post of Railway Junior Engineer?


Sir, I have completed B.Sc in Industrial Science. With this am I eligible to apply for the post of Railway Junior Engineer? Further, do I need to appear for any entrance examination for this?

The minimum education required to apply for Indian Railways Junior Engineer i.e; RRB JE recruitment is a diploma in engineering in concerned discipline from a recognised technical institute.

So, even having completed your B.Sc in Industrial Science which is not equivalent to diploma in engineering degree course, you are not eligible for becoming junior engineer in Indian Railways.
