Eligibility Criteria Required to appear in WBCS Exam 2017:

Minimum Educational Qualification:

>> There is NO such percentage required in order to appear in WBCS Examination 2017. You must have to successfully pass 10th, 12th and B.Tech in order to be eligible.

>> You must have completed Graduation or Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

>> You must be able to read, write and Speak Bengali (Not required for the recruitment in the case of candidates from the hill areas of the district of Darjeeling i.e., for Nepali speaking candidates)

>> You must be a citizen of India

Age Criteria:

** Minimum Age Required - 21 years
** Maximum Age Allowed - 32 years
There will be an age relaxation for reserved category candidates as per West Bengal government norms.

WBPCS is the entrance exam conducted to recruit various posts in west bengal state. To apply for WBPCS , One must have hold Bachelor's degree. No any percentage criteria at any level.

WBPCS Eligibility
- You must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Your age should be between 21 to 32 years. Relaxation is applicable 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST.
- No attempt limit.

WBPCS Exam Pattern

Preliminary Exam
It will consist only one paper "General Studies" consisting 200 marks. It covers topics such as English Composition , General Studies , Current Events , History , Geography , Indian Polity , Indian National Movement , Mental Ability etc.

Main Exam
- Language I : 100 Marks (Choose Any One from List)
- English : 80 Marks
- General Knowledge : 100 Marks
- Constitution of India : 100 Marks
- Arithmetic & Reasoning : 100 Marks

Application Procedure
- Visit the site : www.pcswb.org.in
- Click " New Registration ".
- Fill the correct details in application form.
- Upload the scanned Photograph & Signature.
- Pay the application fee.
- Click " Submit " to submit your application.
- Note application number for your future reference.

Eligibility criteria for WBJEE exam 2017:-

Candidate must be the citizen of India

He/ she should have the domicle West Bengal

Candidate must have passed high school and intermediate from srate or Central Board of Education

The candidate must be obtained minimum 45% marks( 40% in case of reserved categories) in 12th examination

Candidate must have scored at least 60% marks for general category and 55% for reserved category

Candidate must have passed 10th with Bags, Physics and Chemistry and core subjects

Candidate must be 17 years and as on 31st December 2017

If you want to apply for meaning engineering then you must be below 25 years old.

WBCS stands for "West Bengal Civil Service" examination. For appearing in the WBCS you must be minimum 21 years old. Also you should have to a degree from any well affiliated university. No backlog in your degree is allowed in WBCS exam. There is 5 years age relaxation in the upper age limit for the reserved category candidates. The general selection process includes written exam, preliminary exam and finally interview. So you should also prepare for interview. Keep your communication good for cracking the interview.

WBCS stands for West Bengal Civil Service Examination.

WBCS Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality:

Applicant must be citizen of India.

Age limit:

candidate minimum age limit is above 20 years.

Candidate maximum age limit should below 32 years.

Upper age relaxation applicable for other categories.

3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates.

5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

45 years upper age limit for PHD candidates.

Educational Qualification:

Candidate must have complete the graduation from recognised university with any stream.


Final year appearing candidates also eligible for this exam.

Domicile:

Candidate must be permanent resident from state of Bengal.

WBJEE stands for West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam which is conductd every year by the West Bengal state government.

It is a entrance exam which is conducted for giving admissions for candidates into various courses i.e.,
1. Engineering/Technology
2. Medicial/Dental
3. Architecture
4. Pharmacy
5. Marine engineering

The basic eligibility for WBJEE is
1. All the candidates must pass 12th with MPC for getting admisison in engineering or pharmacy courses.
2. To get admission in medical/dental all the persons must pass 12th with PCB course.
3. The minimum age of the person must be 17 to take admission.
4. 60% is the minimum marks percentage in 12th to be eligible and get admission through WBJEE while sc/st candidates must have atleast 55% marks in 12th.

West Bengal Public Service Commission conducts WBCS exam every year for the recruitment of Executive officer. You are interested to know about the eligibility criteria for this exam.

Educational qualification: Student must possess graduation degree from a recognized university. The students must have ability to speak, read and write in Bengali language. It does not matter how much percentage you score in 10th, 12th and in graduation. If you are graduated, you are eligible for exam.

Age limit: 21- 32 years. Relaxation in maximum age limit is given to reserved category students as per govt. norms.

Selection Procedure: The selection Procedure consists of Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam followed by interview.

WBJEE Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate should be citizen of India.

Candidate should have permanent local certificate of state Bengal.

Candidate should complete the graduation from recognised university.

Candidate minimum age limit should be above 17 years.

And no maximum age limit for this exam.

Marine Engineering candidate age limit not be below 17 years. And not be above 25 years.

Candidate need the domicile certificate of government of Bengal.

Exam Pattern:

The paper will contain questions from Biological Science, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. All these subjects will contain 100 marks each except Biological Science, which will be of 150 marks.

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board will be conducting WBJEE 2016 on May 17, 2016.

WBJEE stands for west Bengal joint entrance exam which conducted by wbpsc every year .

There are some eligibility criteria for this exam..
Candidate age should be 17 years
He/She should be graduate from recognized university.

I was doing honours in 2005.in 2006 I got appointment as a primary teacher. then I completed graduation through external mode.am I eligible for Wbcs?

Sir, I am a 80% disabled person (according to my certificate), is it possible for me to become a WBCS officer?
Or, is there any problem regarding the percentage of disable?
