What is the eligibility to do 12th from CBSE as private? When forms will be out? Difference between 12th from CBSE and from NIOS?

1. i have cmpleted my 10 class in 2011. i want to do 12 from cbse as private. wat is the elegibilty for this ??? when forms will be out??

2.wats d diff. b/w doing 12 from cbse n
and doing from nios.??

Even after passing 12 th from patrachar vidyalaya cbsc can I repeat 12th from cbsc board as private candidate and is it possible to write MBBS exam and come under Delhi university quote
