What is the eligibility to pursue MSc in Nanotechnology?


I'm interested in pursuing PG course in Nanotechnology. I'm currently doing my 2ns year B.Sc in Maths, Electronics and Computer Science at Bangalore. I'd like to know if i can pursue a pg course with ny MEC background. I've also completrd ny PUC in Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Electronics. Please let me know if I can do my M.Sc in.Nanotech. I'd also like to know about the entrance exams I will have to write and colleges in and out of India for this.

Eligibility Criteria for pursing M.Sc. Nanotechnology:-

The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having completed B.Sc. with Physics/ Chemistry/Electronics/Material Science/Biotechnology or B.Tech. who have studied Mathematics with 60% marks(55% marks for reserved Candidate) from a recognised University with completion of one year course in Mathematics, can apply for M.Sc. Nanotechnology through entrance exam like JAM(Joint Admission Test) conducted by IIT. GATE score is also considered for admission to this course.

M.Sc in Nanotechnology: (Master of Science in Nanotechnology)

M.Sc Nanotechnology is a postgraduate Nanotechnology course.Nanotechnology is the study of manipulationg matter on an atomic and molecular scale.

Duration: The duration of M.Sc(Nanotechnology) is mostly of two academic years.But It varies from institute to institute.

M.Sc Nanotechnology Eligibility:

Candidates should complete B.Sc(Physics/chemistry/Maths) with one of the subjects as prinicipal & other two as subsidiary or B.Sc (Ind.Chem) with Maths,Physics subsidiary or B.E(Chemical/Metallurgy) with minimum 45%.

Admission Process:

The admission criteria for the course may vary from university to university. In various colleges and universities it conducts their own entrance exams for the admission of the students.

Eligibility criteria for doing Post Graduation in Nanotechnology is Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Life Sciences and with PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) as subsidiary subjects.

i am from kashmir and completed my b.sc in the end of this year with physics,chemistry ,and maths as main subjects.i wana continue my study for P.G in nanotechnology and what i have to do for it.
