How and where I will get the CS form and what will be the fee structure of CS for this year along with coaching classes?

THREE STAGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY 1,FOUNDATION DURATION - 8 months fee- 3600/- 2,EXECUTIVE DURATION - 9 Months fee - 7000/- 3,PROFESSIONAL DURATION - 15 Months fee – 7750 Admission is open though out the year. Examination are held twice a year in june and december. ICSI has 66 center all over INDIA. CS course is conducted in three stages:
Foundation Executive Professional Fees: Foundation course: Rs 4500 Exam fees :Rs 1200 Executive course: Rs 10000 For B.COM graduates:Rs9000 Exam fees :Rs 2400 Professional Course:Rs 12000 Exam fees:Rs 4800 So total fees should be approx Rs 25000 for the course if you clear all your papers in first attempt To get the admission forms you need to visit the nearest ICSI Office |

Company Secretary three stage course 1)Foundation Programme Fees-nearly rs.4000 2)Executive Programme Fees mainly rs-8000 3)Professional Programme Fees-nearly rs.8000 Completed 10+2 from any stream.No percentage required. After graduatiin,two stgae process is company secretary Executive and professional programme. Fine arts candidates are not eligible. Foundation have four papers Business environment&entrepreneurship,business management,ethics comunication,accounting ,auditing exective programme have 7 papers cmpany law,ethgics,cpmpany accounatns. etc. Professional programme have 8 subjects. financial,drafting,treasury etc. ICSI-Institute Of Company Secretary in India conducts exam of company secretary. |
