What is the fee structure for doing M.Sc Software systems course? Can you please give me the details about the different colleges which provides the courses? It will be really helpful if you can answer me back as soon as possible. Thank you!

For M.Sc (Software System) course , You should have bachelor's degree in software related course such as BCA , B.Sc (IT) , B.E.(Computer Science/IT). Some institutes conduct entrance exam for admission.
