there are many engineering colleges throughout India, and every college has its own tuition fees, donations and other charges according to the facilities they provide.

Still you can expect an average of 1,00,000/- per annum to 3,00,000 per annum for moderate reputed colleges and Institutes like SRM, Manipal, Amity will chrge around 2 lac per annum.

In hyderabad, top colleges even charging 1.5 lac per semester exam.

So its completely depends on college, try to find in your locality which suits you the best.
