does sikkim manipal MBA, they need all semester fees as a post dated check?or what happend if somebody decided not to complete MBA after first sem?Should they charge full fees?

1st Year:

Tuition: 123,000
Other Fee (Annual): 24,100
Other Fee (One Time): 800
Caution Deposit: 5,000
Total: 152,900

2ND Year:

Tuition fees: 123,000
Other Fee (Annual): 24,100
Total: 147,100

MBA course duration - 2 years having four semester the specialization are as follows..

Semester Fee: Rs.11,350/- (inclusive of Exam Fee Rs.1200/- & Alumni Fee Rs. 100/-) or as revised from time to time.

For sikkim manipal distance MBA, what if I paid 1st semester fees and then want to discountinue.So they charge full course fees?
