What are formalities to apply in Banking sector? Qualification required and things to study?


Well I am completed my B.E(E.C.E) 2nd year i am much more interested in banking what are the formalities to apply and what are the things to study???? whats the qualification required and age limit??

There are many banking exams on the level of 12th and graduation. You can go for banking through BPO exam. This entrance for the vacancies of asistants in the bank. You also go for ssc(Staff Selection Commission) examination which is civil service exam. From this exam every year many vacancies of banking are draw out.
Except this, many central banks took there own test for there staff for exa. State Bank of india.
So you have many option to get job in banking department.

IBPS and SBI will conduct the recruitment process to select the candidates for clerk, PO and Specialist Officer posts in government sector banks.
Eligibility :
-> The educational qualification required to apply for Clerk and PO posts is Graduation in any stream from UGC recognised college or university & for Specialist Officer scale-1 post, degree in engineering from IT, CSE, ECE streams.
-> Age limit to apply for Clerk post is 21-28 years & for PO and Specialist Officer scale-1 posts is 21-30 years and the age relaxations are as followed by Reserve Bank of India regulations.
-> And the selection procedure of Bank posts is preliminary exam, main exam and personal interview or language proficiency test.
-> And written test for bank clerk, PO posts is conducted in 5 sections : Quantitative aptitude, Reasoning ability, Computer awareness, General awareness with special reference to banking industry and current affairs, English language knowledge.
