hello i m krishna vyas and i have given 12 exams.. i am quite confused about my further carrier.. i want to ask that whats the further scope of biotechnology? i mean can a student having 75% marks can go for biotechnology?

i got 168 cut off mark.can i apply for biotechnolgy in counselling

Bio Technology is an Awesome option after your 12th I can say this because of its revolution in the job market it is being recording the exponential growth from the past few years.

Biotechnolgy is hailed as the next frontier in the scientific exploration .The combination of Technology with biology is crazy to think and awesome to experience .

I missed this branch during my selection of B.tech branch due to some reasons.
I wanna share something interesting regarding this field .
This field gained the Universal Recognization from the Invention of DNA Structure in the year 1953

This gives you an opportunity in New type of Technology of which world is not aware of.

Job opportunities are expanding their wings and the top knock companies like

Biocon
Workhardt are recruiting the professionals directly from the institutes and there is no dearth of jobs.

These are regarded as the best Universities where your Bio Technology degree will be valuable.

Bio-technology is more expected course in abroad

it has lot of scope in abroad,meanwhile you can finish your pg there itself...

Many biotechnology parks have been made by indian government...
So,it is good to join in this group...

Hello, yah sure 75% secured candidate is eligible to opt biotech as a carrier option.you can complete your bachelor degree from and affiliated universities ,there is no entrance exam for bachelor degree, there may be selection in government colleges on the basis of merit list and you can get direct admission in private college.
Biotechnology is completely a research based sector in which before forwarding your steps you should have enough experience and have participated in internship programs.you should have complete project works along with internship programs during bachelor or master degree, for better placement you can prefer training, which is very essential in this regard.
After completing bachelor degree you can appear for CBEE(combined biotech entrance exam) conducted by JNU for M.Sc. In biotechnology. After completing Master degree you may be appointed as a junior scientist or practitioner.to groom your carrier much more then you can opt for P.hd and have more opportunities in this field.
Biotechnology is slowly but surely progressing in india and there will be more scope for this in future.

how much percentage is necessary for joining biotechnology?

future in bio tech is bright.
you may join various research company in india or outside india.
they give you lot of money.

mark required but only 60% is eligible for entrance,
you clear the entrance then addmission in college..........

in biotechnology you can go in medical field , when we talking about the yes 75% take admission in biotechnology, it's totally depend on you

Is it necessary to have good marks in maths of board exam to join biotechnology ?

is it good to do biotech in india or abroad

which one is better for getting good job and salary in future-bc.biotech or b.tech biotec???/
