There are different government jobs which you can apply for after completing B.Tech IT. You can attend the exams conducted by various PSUs. This will help you to get in to jobs in public sector companies such as BHEL, NTPC, SAIL, ISRO etc. If you are interested you can also apply for various banking jobs for positions such as clerk, PO etc. Apart from these, opportunities also exist in Railways, Civil services, Telecom etc. For all the above mentioned jobs the notifications will be published in the official websites and you can apply online for these jobs. Selection in all these cases will be based on a written examination.
