What are the job opportunities for BCA candidates in Bangalore and Hyderabad? Can I get a job in big IT companies as a fresher? Or, should I do MCA also before getting into any job?

There are lots of job opportunities in Bangalore or Hyderabad after you complete BCA or MCA.

Now-a-days not many candidates does the Master degree as it consumes time and also salary is more or less equal to BCA candidates.

At the same time some companies give higher salary to candidates having MCA degree.

So choice is up to you,as both have scope in getting IT or software jobs.
