What kind of Jobs I can get being a candidate having completed B.Tech course in ECE in the year 2011?

I have much more interest in Research and development, without experience i am not getting a job, How can i gain exp without a job

Job experience can be gained only by working with some organization. As a fresher, you can try for graduate trainee job positions in firms like ECIL, ONGC, etc. After gaining experience, you can apply for related jobs in NTPC, SAIL, BHEL, etc. By visiting the official websites of these firms, one can have idea on the current job vacancies. You can also apply for jobs in various government departments that don’t mention any prior job experience. One can also get in to engineering services through IES Exam.
