I mean from which area we can expect the most questions in bank PO exams ,because I am not able to predict the area of general awareness questions?

Generally ,General Awareness questions in bank PO exam are related to current events in the field of sports,politics,social economy etc.

generally you cannot say which segment will cover maximum questions. Mostly each segemnt is covered in bank exam GA.There will definately questions from segements like sports, writter of ooks, financial changes, etc.
Best is to read three months pratiyogita darpan as it will cover maximum questions

FOR GENERAL AWARENESS WHICH BOOK IS BETTER? WHETHER RENU IS BETTER OR PRATIYOGITHA DARPAN?

The P.O paper pattern will consists of
Quantitative Aptitude
Reasoning Aptitude
Simple English paper
and G.K

ALSO a theory exam of essay writing on two topics out of three.
