When is the last date of submission of afmc form.. please tell me its last date

It is not possible to provide you the specific dates regarding the issue and submission of AFMC entrance exam application form, for admission to the MBBS program.
The Entrance Exam is going to be conducted on 06-05-2012 and the application form for the same will be made available on the official website of the Armed Force Medical College.
For the upcoming exam, the mode of application will be completely online and you will not be able to apply through any other mode.
Since the dates will be announced soon, it is advisable to visit the official website of AFMC regularly for recent updates.
