Re: What was the last year cutoff of ISAT exam?
Lakhs of people fighting for 156 seats so don't expect admission to be easy!
since lots of people are givin it, tough to expect anything and i think it was 100 marks which they kept for cut-off..
Last year for ISAT 2010 Candidates they declare two list one is primary list and other one is adittional list. so if you get 170-200 then your name can be in primary list.. but again these all are estimation it may change... So prepare well and try to get good marks......... |

Re: What was the last year cutoff of ISAT exam?
dear friend, you have to secure more than 200 to get a seat at good institutions. but marks above 180 is a good score to get a seat..
best of luck. |

ISAT one of the important exam......but i will tell you there is only few seats about 160.....so you need to score very well about above 200 to get your favourite branch...

i think it was 100 marks which they kept for cut-off.. 1. But if you get above 200, you are sure to get a seat. 2. if you estimated around 170-180 marks then there may chances of not getting the favorite branch of yours.. 3. You will have to struggle a lot and very few chances to get admission if it come under range 120-150. 4. No chance for those who expect less than 100. |

Re: What was the last year cutoff of ISAT exam?
Last years cut-off though not declared but was some where around (Maths: 12, Phy: 8; Chemi: 10) and overall cutoff was 79 for general. SC/ST will have still lower cutoff. Best wishes to those who are scoring above 200. You will definitely launch the chandrayan to moon.

Re: What was the last year cutoff of ISAT exam?
It was approximately 200 marks & there is a point to be noticed that you always do not get the expected marks since it is highly competitive with negative marking. Therefore I suggest you to have a balanced mind.

I disagree with statement that u need to score abv 200 to get ur fav brnch.I had 187 marks and I had AIR-14 Gen. so I could got anything what i had asked for.Secondly, most of the toprankers or say rankers in ISAT never goes to IIST so it it easy for others to get into IIST. |
