Sir, I am a girl and I passed 10th with 97% and I am choosing Science stream in 12th. Can I write NDA exam after 12th? What is the age limit for girls to write NDA exam? Is there any age relaxation for female candidates?

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for NDA entrance examination and girls are not allowed.

••••No, girls can not write NDA exam. Only boys of age 16.5 -19.5 can give NDA exam after 12th standard.

••••Unfortunately after your 10+2 , it is not possible to join the Armed forces directly.
But you are eligible once you have completed your Undergraduate degree.
For joining the Indian Army, these are various entries for women.

For technical branch (for B.Tech/B.E) - SSC tech (women ),
SSC non tech (women),
NCC special entry women (If you are an NCC cadet).

You can also appear for CDS which is a UPSC examination.

For other streams such as arts , science etc - CDS and NCC special entry .

For PG women, they can join AEC- Army Education Corps.

For law graduates, JAG entry.
