I want to know about the maximum years allowed to complete any Diploma courses. I joint Diploma in June'2013. Due to some personal problems I am giving exam in 2018. Can I complete my 3 years and give my final 6th semester exam in 2019?

Hi sir Actually I am 12th pass after jointing diploma civil engineering field.I have just only one arrear. The arrear was 5th semester structural engineering subject.But very important matter my internal just only 5 mark.I already 3 times attempts the arrear exam all times external 30,31,30 pass.But I can't full pass.Because I need to 40 marks pass.How can I will get this sir. My passed out year 2013 to 2016.But one more thing I am joining date direct 2 year that diploma civil field sir.So my joining 2014 to 2016 sir. So please sir how can I get that exam.It,s possible sir. How many years allowed in finish my course sir.Please help me sir.
