Dear sir, already i forwarded a question regarding medium of instruction is english but if answersheet was written in marathi is it possible?

Printing of instruction is basically decided by University or Examination Department of college. If your course will be in Marathi medium then definitely instruction will only be in Marathi Language,else English language will be the second option for instruction.

If you want instruction in any other language then you will have to drop an application regarding this issue to the concerned department, But final decision will be taken by University Or college committee only. You just keep updating to concerned department about the issue.
