sorry to say but your rank is not so good ..
But I say you have achance to get admission in your respected field because its depent on the student who got better rank to you what they will decided ..

But you have a chance you may apply for that but take one backup also ..

Your rank is enough to get into in one of the NIT college..
For general category students who have beyond 50000 rank are get into one of the reputed NIT's..
And for SC/ST candidates may have they get admission upto 100000 AIEEE all india rank...So try to get best college your rank is good...

WHAT ARE MY CHANCES FOR AEROSPACE OR AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING IN ANY INTITUTES INCLUDING PRIVATE INSTITUTES{UNDER GOV.}. MY ALL INDIA OBC CATAGORY RANK IS 27463............. IF I DONT GET IT WHAT TRADE SHOULD I HAVE TO PREFER FOR BETTER CAREER.

There is not a single college under AIEEE counselling to provide you with the course of aerospace engineering.

Although Aeronautical engineering option is available but that is in a non NIT college.
The college is:
Bhagwant University, Ajmer (Rajasthan) Aeronautical EngineeringRank(6351-18927)

But with your rank as a general candidate its hard to get a seat in NIT.
