Food and Beverage section is divided in to the below depts in the hotels: Banquets Room service Restaurant Bar In a hotel below is the hierarchy level in the Food and Beverage Department: Trainee Steward/Waiter Captain Restaurant manager You can also do a course from Food craft institute"Diploma in food and beverage service" Course Duration is of 36 weeks After that 24 weeks of Industrial Training. So take admission in the Food Craft institute first and complete diploma in food and beverage service. |
