Sorry, after completing your SSC you are not eligible to apply for steward course , because minimum qualification required to apply for the steward course is graduation or equivalent qualification from government recognized institute.

>> So first complete your gradation and then apply for steward course. Here below are other eligibility conditions required to apply for the Steward training course:-

Eligibility Required:-

>> Only unmarried candidates are allowed to apply.

>> Applicant age must be more then 17 years and less than 25 years.

>> Minimum height required to apply is 170cm.

>> Applicant must have good eye sight.

>> Applicant must be physically and mentally fit.

Steward is a position that is given in the Hotels and Restaurants.

Stewards works in the food and beverage department of the hotel.

Food and Beverage section is divided in to the below depts in the hotels:
Banquets
Room service
Restaurant
Bar

In a hotel below is the hierarchy level in the Food and Beverage Department:
Trainee
Steward/Waiter
Captain
Restaurant manager

You can also do a course from Food craft institute"Diploma in food and beverage service"
Course Duration is of 36 weeks
After that 24 weeks of Industrial Training.

So take admission in the Food Craft institute first and complete diploma in food and beverage service.
