What is passing criteria of B.Com offered by SOL-DU?

Sir, I recently appeared for my 2nd year B.Com Honors exam under School of Learning affiliated to Delhi University (SOL-DU) and I score 158 out 600. Have I passed the 2nd year exam? Will I get promoted to 3rd year of B.Com?
