What is the passing criteria for UGC NET Computer Science branch?
Hi, I belong to Schedule Caste category. I got 44% in Paper 1 and 35% in Paper 2. Totally 38% marks in UGC NET Computer Science in the 2019 exam session. Have I passed the exam?

Yes, you have passed UGC NET exam as per rules.
To qualify/pass the UGC NET exam, you must have scored at least 40% marks in each subject. While for reserved category candidates, it is 35% marks. As you are reserved category candidate, so you should have secured at least 35% each in both papers. You have secured 44% marks in Paper 1 and 35% marks in Paper 2, so you have passed UGC NET Exam. |
