The work of staff nurse includes promotion and protection of health, prevention of injury and illness, alleviation of suffering and advocacy in the care of communities and individuals. In government organizations in India, staff nurses are brought under Pay Brand 2 and they are offered a pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 plus a Grade Pay of Rs.4600.

whether there is any difference between [he grade pay amout of staff nurse employed in chc/phc and a medical college in uttar pradesh? as a chc employed nurse gets 4600 grade pay and a medical college employed nurse gets only 4200 grade pay per month? why?
