ias and ips both the job are of class 1,means level 4 grade pay scale given to them,
Junior Administrative District magistrate in the central government -pay scale of15,600-39,100 plus grade pay of 7600,,means nearly 70000 per month,,
near about same salory is also given to IPS,
and salory of cabinet secretory of India is 90000 fixed,,
