i want to get perfect qualification required for a cdpo...please tell me the details

Age :- The Applied this Recruitment notification's Candidates are must to be minimum 18 years to maximum 34 years as on 01-07-2012. The Upper age relaxation as per Government Rules (Please see the APPSC CDPO Recruitment Notification 2013).

Qualification :- Applied Candidates are must have passed a Degree of Home Science or Social Work Or Sociology of any Universities in India established or incorporated by or under a central act, provincial act, or a State act, or an institution recognized by University Grants commission.

for cdpo post how much percetage is require in the gradtation?

i have done b.sc homescience nd i got only 56%marks ....after b.sc i have done m.sc in child development nd i got 70% in it .so i want to ask that i got 57% in b.sc ..i am eligible for cpdo or not pls tell me?
