Hello,

Pattern for the CTS Company:

The students are called for the written test but only a certain number of students who has no active backlogs and atleast 68% in academics through the 4years.

Next the exam for those students will be conducted.Immediately the same day the results will be announced for the students.In this round most of the students fail to qualify the exam.

The next round short listed candidates will be announced.

Group Discurssion will be the next round after the written test.This will be the round where the remaining students will be eliminated.

After this round the final round will be the face to face interview with the HR panel.

This will be the final round after these round the result will be intimated after few days are immediately based on their requirement.

Average salary for the students will be around 3.0 to 3.3 lakhs per annum.
