As you have completed your B.com , you can enroll in Second level of Company Secretary Directly.

There are 3 level in Company Secretary Course.

Foundation level
Executive level
Final Level


You can register your self with ICSI for executive level .

You can register online or buy prospectus from it's centers.

Centers list is available in it's official website

Company Secretary sees that whether a company is complying with all the rule and regulation or legal formalities while the company is in formation stage and while carry out it's business .

Examinations of Executive level of CS Course are conduct twice in an year in June and December.

Although Admission are open through out the year but you if you wish to take examination in June you should register 2/3 months before the examination.



As you are doing Cost and work Accountant Course Doing MBA OR Chartered Accountancy is also good career move for you.

Chartered Accountancy Course almost has same admission process like Company Secretary

but MBA has different admission process as candidate first need to score high in any one or more entrance examination conduct for admission in MBA Course.
