Hey friend,

After completing Intermediate you are not eligible to go for Civils which includes such as IAS , IPS and IFS.

To join in these posts you need to write the respected exam which are IAS, IPS and IFS Exam.

These exams are called Indian Civil Service and is conducted by UPSC and is held every year.

To come back to the question, you cannot join in Civils with just completing Intermediate.

You can join in B.com or BA as both are eligible for applying for the Civils.

There are criteria's which are needed to be satisfied in order to apply for the exam and they are:

Candidate need to be a citizen of India

The age limit needed for the exam is that the candidate must have 21-30 years.

There are upper age relaxation for other category candidates.

Education qualification for joining in Civils is that the candidate must have completed a degree from a recognzied university with a far percentage in any discipline.

For the IPS exam you need to be physically fit as it is important.

If you satisfy them all then you are eligible for the Civil Service exam.

You can apply for the exam in 2 mdoes:

> Online
> Offline

For more information regarding the exams you can check at http://www.upsc.gov.in
