hlo sir currently im doing my Btech (3rd yr)
nd i have intrest in RAW
so kindly tell me the selection pocedure.

There is no direct entrance examination after clearing which you can become eligible to join Research and Analysis Wing. If we see past year trends of selection procedure of RAW Allied Services, candidates are first selected from various services like Civil Services, Defence Services or Intelligence Bureau etc.

Candidates who perform exceptionally well in these services are eligible to join RAW. After getting shortlisted from services, candidates have to clear National Aptitude Test in Intelligence and personal interview. In final year of bachelor's degree, you can aim to join any of above mentioned services through various exams.

For example, if you are interested to join Civil Services, you must apply for Civil Services examination and for defence services, you must apply for Combined Defence Services examination.
