Ph. D / M. Phil REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
1) Ph. D. / M. Phil. Registration as per Login. (From Admission Centre)
2) After Date of registration provisional registration will be issued by the University as per UGC Norms.
3) Provisional Registration will be valid for six month only.
4) Within six month Candidate must have submit Synopsis & Guide documents.
5) Approval of Synopsis & Guide.
6) After Approval, Permanent registration will be issued by University.
7) Write Thesis with Guide, Submission will be after 24 Months.
8) Candidate must pay Guide charges.
9) Viva will be conducted in University.
10) Thesis will be valuated by three valuators. (Two from University & one of UGC).
11) Ph. D. will be honored only after supporting report / positive result of two Valuators in favor of candidate / Thesis of three Valuators.
12) In case of negative opinion of two valuators candidate will be asked for resubmission of fresh Thesis.
13) In case of negative opinion of three valuators candidate will be considered as fail & Ph. D. will be rejected.
