When i should apply for part time M.Phil course. I wish to know whether they have M.Phil in education. Can i download the prospectus and application. In which all subjects ignou have M.phil courses.

An average student can do m.Phil

If i get 44%,45% in M.com i will eligible for do Mphil or not.
