what is the question pattern and syllabus of section engineer which is being conducted by railway recruitment board.when are this exam conducted.How will i get previous year question paper of above mention title.what is the name of this exam.what is website for this exam.

Question pattern for section engineer exam in Indian Railway



There shall be negative mark in written examinations and marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer @1/3 of the allotted marks for each question.

There are 150 question for which 2 hours of time will be allotted.

Technical Ability and General Science (90 questions)

General Awareness/Arithmetic/General Intelligence(60 questions)

Negative mark will be there 1/3rd negative mark.

Age Limit :-

* Candidates age must have between 18-33 years (Age relaxation extended as per Govt.rules)

Educational Qualification :-

* Candidates must have qualified in the B.Tech or its equivalent from any recognized universities/ colleges.


RRB Senior Section Engineer Exam Syllabus 2015:-

RRB senior section engineer paper will be objective Type Multiple Choice Question. Pattern of exam will be as follows –

* In exam will be total 150 Questions.
* Duration of exam is 2 Hours.
* Negative Marking will be 1/3 Marks in the written exam.
* 90 Questions will be asked from Technical Ability & General Science.
* 60 Questions will be from General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning.
