what are requirements for merchant navy in sake of study?

The minimum eligibility for courses in Nautical science and Marine engineering is 10+2 or an equivalent examination with physics, chemistry and mathematics.
He should also pass a medical fitness test for sea service under standard norms and with eyesight 6/6 with no colour blindness.

Candidates wishing to enter the navigational and engineering fields of Merchant Navy need to complete a Bachelors degree in Nautical Science or Marine engineering, before they can gain admission to the field.

Hey friend..

RAW is an intelligence agency of India.

it is called Research and Analysis Wing.

u can join RAW as a officer by passing UPSC exam and join RAW as an IPS officer.

and if u are graduate then u can apply for the post of ACIO (assistant central intelligence officer) and if u have matriculation/intermediate then u can apply for security assistant...

For Join to merchant navy Requirements are:

>> The best training institution for the navigating officers is the T.S. Chanakya. Candidates who qualify from here, that is complete their first certificate of competency of Second Mate, need to go through a three year training in Nautical Science (B.Sc.) and then complete a year's duration of practical training in the deck department of a merchant ship.

for navy you must have done 12th by physics,chemistry and math.the next thing you must have to clear the nda exam taken by upsc twice in a year. You have atleast 60% marks in 12th.your age must be 18 to 27 year. Special relaxation in age for obc,sc and st. After clearing this exam you have to give a personal interview then your medical.the nationality must be indian and candidate is unmarried.
