if I was one back in semistars exam of b.tech but I clarified ies exam then I got job or not?

IES stand for Indian Engineering Service.
IES Examination is conducted by UPSC every year in the month of May. The examination has two parts: - Written examination and - Interview For apply IES exam candidate should be completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline in following departments - Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering. Candidate age should be between 21 years to 30 years. The basic salary will start from Rs. 21000/- 39000/- per month+ DA etc.
