After 12th std. you have the various course of the long term & short term.

I have given below images of the fully detailed of the chart images.

If you have 12th science then you will done the some course as under :-

1. B.science

2. Engineering.

3. B.pharmacy.

4. M.B.B.S.

5. B.D.S.

Etc.

If you have 12th commerce then you will done some course as under :-

1. C.A

2. C.S

3. B.B.A

4. B.C.A

5. B.com

etc.




If you have the 12th std in arts then you will done some course as under ;-

1. B.A.

2. P.T.C

3. B.S.W

4. D.ed

5. L.L.B

6. Fashion designing.

7. Interior Designing

etc

After Passing class 12th you can do the below Profession course:
>> BCA
>>BBA
>>BA LLB
>>CA
>>CS



Government exams that you can apply to after class 12th or intermediate are:

UPSC NDA exams: 12th pass in any stream for army and 12th pass with physics and Maths as subjects for airforce and Navy
Minimum 16.5 years and Maximum 19 years

SSC Combined 12th level Exams :12th pass in any stream
Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years

SBI Bank Clerks :12th Pass with minimum 60% marks
Minimum 18 years and Maximum 28 years


Indian Railways Drivers/Clerks : 12th pass in any stream
Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years


UPSC SCRA :12th Pass with minimum 50% marks and should have studied physics and mathematics
Minimum 17 years and Maximum 21 years

dear you are having many options for which you can opt in future after 12th. First of all, prefer that job which you like as it is better to make our passion as our profession. If you a medical student, then you can go for bsc in university or dream to become a doctor, then there are many other jobs or professions in hospitals as nurses etc.Secondly, if you have opted for medical then you can do B.tech, bsc, engineering in the field you want and then get good jobs, after that with commerce,you can join any banking job and above all, after getting a graduation from these subjects, you can opt for IAS exam.
