I have passed 12 class in arts so what i should do.?...please tell me what is to be done

After 12th Arts there are many career options to be chosen as per one's interest and ability.

First of all you may purse your studies through following under Graduate studies such as:-

B.A.-Bachelor of Arts
BBA-Bachelor of Business Administration
BCA-Bachelor of Computer Application for which you must study Mathematics in 12th.
LL.B.-Bachelor of Law(5 years Integrated Law)

After completion of Bachelor Degree you may apply for Civil Service exam to become an IAS/IPS/IRS/IFS etc. officer

If you are interested for business management then you may apply for MBA(Master of Business Administration)

If you are interested for Defence sector then you may apply for CDS9Combined Defence Service)

After 12th Arts, if you are interested for business accounting then you may apply for some professional courses like:-

CA-Chartered Accountancy
CS-Company Secretary
CWA-Cost and Work Accountant

There are also other line of career you may purse after 12th Arts i.e. Bachelor of Mass communication and Bachelor of Journalism, etc.

So after 12th Arts you have to complete Graduation Degree in any stream and accordingly can choose your line of career.

After 12th Arts or HSC one good area with growing opportunities and an opportunity to make an impact on society is to study Social Sciences.

There are a host of opportunities at your doorstep right now. You have to choose the right one that best suits your eligibility criteria and also your taste and preferences.

You can look to do your bachelor's degree in the following subjects:

Apart from these if a career in law interests you then you can give CLAT exam or other state level entrance exams for law. This particular course has gained lots of popularity these days.

Actually there are a lot of career options after 12th in Arts, but it depends on one's own intrest to decide and finalize any one of them.

Lets not get confused with different types of degrees/courses available in different institutions!!
Just think what type of life you want or dream of??
Remember- its necessary for a person to enjoy his job/service and only then he can progress and remain creative.

(Though there is a wide scope after 12th arts but i will recommend you to go through these sectors and choose any one of these courses, otherwise if you will try for any other course then your career plan will seem to be confused and that may harm you in any job interview you appear for) So, First decide any one of these-
1. BUSINESS LIFE (Govt / Private)- BBA, MBA
2. TEACHING LIFE (Govt / Private)- BA, MA, PhD
3. OFFICER'S LIFE (Govt only)- Graduation in any stream (Civil services- IAS/IPS etc)
4. PROFFESSIONAL LIFE(Govt / Private)- BA LLB (honours), LLM ,etc (CLAT exam)

Focus on these four career options and decide any one that suits you!!

Well you can do all these courses after completing your 12th class and the duration of all these courses is 3 years.And all courses are good and specially the B.CA And BBA Course is professional course and your future will be secure after these courses.

You Can also go for job option also after 12th class as you can write the ssc combine secondary level exam after completing your 12th class as this exam is based on 12th class and also the qualification required for this exam is 12th class.

The age required for this exam is between 18-27 years and also their is provision of age relaxation for the obc and and sc,st of 3 and 5 years

For the exam the candidate should be a citizen of India.

Dear friend, you have lot of opportunities to join various courses. But you have not mentioned your subjects offered in 12th class. What are the subjects you have studied:History, Economics, Commerce and Accountancy

1. Commerce, Accountancy, Economics and Business maths

History, Geography, Economics and a Special language.
If you are well in Accountancy you can opt Charted accountant course and B.Com; If you have a taste in History either you can select history or Tourism management in Graduation. After graduation you can complete Tourist guide course conducted by Indian Institute of Tourism Management, Gwalior and a branch at nellore in Andhra Pradesh.
