You first have to clear your intermediate. The stream doesn't matter since the graduation in the field of astrology have no such criteria of a particular field in the 12th class.
The eligibility criteria for the diploma as well as for the graduation course in astronomy is of the intermediate only. Now, since this is not a very popular branch, hence there are not many colleges.
