What should I do further after completing MSc in chemistry? Can I get into Ph.D without entrance?


i have completed M.sc in chemistry from bangalore university and working as a lecturer. i want go further in my career. how can i go ahead? what are the things i can step in? can i get into P.hd without entrance? is entrance exam a must to get into research?
