To pursue Cardiologist course, the required eligibility is that candidate must have passed 12th in PCB from a recognised board.

So, if you have passed 12th in PCM then you are not eligible to appear in the examination to get admission in the course.

You are eligible to pursue other course on the basis of 12th qualification in PCM.

To become a cardiologist, the candidates should have done 10 + 2 with physics, chemistry and Biology subject from a recognised board.
After that you have to appear in the medical entrance test called NEET-UG.

Another entrance test that you should appear in is AIIMS MBBS.

Third most important entrance exam is JIPMER MBBS.

Best medical colleges where your face will be minimal but only top rankers will get these colleges.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi

PGIMER, Chandigarh

Christian Medical College, Vellore.

Kasturba Medical College, Manipal.

Prepare a national level medical entrance test such as NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER.
Qualify the exams with a good rank.
That is the only way to begin or journey to be a cardiologist after 12th.
Top colleges offering courses in cardiology are maintained below:-
All India of Medical Sciences
Armed Forces Medical College
Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Pondicherry
Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, Punjab.

If you have accomplished your intermediate in Medical science called pre medical, you have to pass an entry test held by many private and governmental universities to take admission into MBBS. After 5 years of MBBS you will do some house job in any hospital an then you can go for further specialization in te field of Cardiology.Best of luck
