What should be the minimum qualification for the post of Lecturer in junior colleges?

Hi, I have completed my MA English. Now, can I get the post of Lecturer in junior colleges? Or, do I need to go for any other courses? Is B.Ed also required?

--NO,when you teach schools,B.Ed is required/ compulsory.

--But when come to junior colleges i.e. up to 12th / If you want to be a lecturer in degree
colleges then you need to have a PG degree with minimum 55 %

---you also need to qualify for either National Eligibility Test (NET) or State Eligibility Test (SET) conducted by UGC.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
