Actually I got 67 percentage in non medical CBSE Board examination and 6 band in IELTS examination. Can I get visa to study graduate degree course in Canada with the above score?

Must have a minimum of IELTS score of 6.0 with no band less than 5.5 .
There are colleges that accept 6.5 also and 5.5 also.
The score also depends on the college for which you have applied.
With IELTS 5.5 band score , you can seek admission in Canadian colleges and universities provided you fulfill other requirements also.
The best IELTS score required for Canada PR is 10 band to get 32 to 34 CRS points.
