I got 6 band in IELTS but 5 band in speaking, 6.5 in listening and reading and 6 band in writing. Can I get Canada visa without any difficulty?

It can't be known whether you can get Canada Visa or not with 6 bands in IELTS examination. It depends on several factors like the university you choose, your academic background, etc.,. There are most chances for you to get Canada Visa if you have good academic background. So, I suggest you to wait till your Visa process is completed, so, that you can know whether you can get Visa or not to go to Canada for pursuing higher studies.

Definitely, you will get the study visa to Canada on the 6.0 Band IELTS Score and one thing is very important that you have to choose the right college for it, as many Universities wanted 6.5 Overall Band in IELTS.
