Management and leadership skills are the primarily required. Subject knowledge in financial management is necessary for carrying out core operations. Personality that determines your attitude must also be satisfactory. Team management skills are often insisted by recruitment firms. Soft skills are preferred for jobs in IT sector.

Doing summer Internship in a brokerage co and giving NCFM Exams while pursuing BBA Finance is a good option to get selected for a good job while Campus Placements???????
