What is the syllabus of full 3 year B.Sc Agriculture course and what is the scope of it?


Is B.Sc Agriculture is easy or not? Please provide the syllabus for full 3 years course. Also tell me the benefits and future scope of this course in India.

Principles of crop production
Fundamentals of soil science
Elements of genetics
Agricultural meteorology
Elementary crop physiology
Introductory plant physiology
Principles of plant breeding etc

The syllabus is broad and consists of various courses in
Agronomy
Horticulture
Plant pathology
Animal husbandry
Apart from supporting courses in basic science humanities and agricultural engineering.

Scope of the course includes
Agriculture Research Scientist
Extension officer
Agriculture officer
Plantation manager etc
