what is the syllabus for SBI clerical recruitment 2012?

The syllabus for the SBI clerk exam consist of the following
01. Quantitative Aptitude
02. Reasoning Ability
03. Marketing Aptitude/Computer Knowledge
04. General Awareness
05. General English
the questions are all of objective type and bilingual i.e. in English and Hindi. And all these concepts can be found together in bank exam books like UPKAR'S common written exam for baniknig

Hi friend.

The questions that come in the SBI Clerk exam is generally comes from topics i.e

1)General Awareness

2)English Language

3)Quantitative Aptitude

4)Reasoning Ability

5)Computer knowledge and Marketing Aptitude

From the all above topics 40 questions come from each part.

For each wrong answer in the examination 1/4th of the mark will be deducted. Candidates must score 40% in each part to qualify for the exam.

The detailed syllabus i have attached in a word file. You must go through that.

for written exam , sbi will announce cut off score later & candidates have to qualify in all sectors , if any section not cleared , result will be failed
so candidates have to clear all sections

next written exam for sbi clerk will be conducted on 27th may and 6th june.

The SBI Clerk exam will have objective type questions. The questions will be generally from areas such as – General awareness, Logical Reasoning etc. There will also be questions related to Quantitative aptitude, Language and Comprehension etc. The questions will be printed in bilingual. There will also be questions to check a candidates Computer Knowledge, Marketing aptitude etc. There will be negative marking for wrong answers.

. written test includes following sections

. . Logical Reasoning

. Geeneral Awareness

All the questions will be of multiple choice type and you have to encircle the correct option.

Negative marking is there. 1/4th marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

So you have to be very careful while answering and you also have to get the minimum cut off marks from each sections.

Sorry to sat that you are not eligible for SBI Clerk examination; because now, you are in B.A. last year and SBI Clerk examination needs completion of graduation.

After completion of graduation, you will be eligible for Bank examinations.
