how much total subjects are in section B of AMIE exam??

In Section B of AMIE, There are total 9 subjects. After getting membership of AMIE, You can appear the AMIE exam. AMIE exam is conducted in the month of June and December. One can appear maximum 4 subjects at a time. AMIE course has been divided into two parts namely Section A and Section B. After passing all subjects in section A, You can move to section B.

Section A : 4 subjects for diploma holder and 10 subjects for plus two candidates.
Section B : 9 subjects for any branch of engineering.

- Fundamentals of Design and Manufacturing
- Material Science and Engineering
- Computing and Informatics
- Society and Environment

Section B
- It consists of total 9 subjects.
- Subjects are different for different branches of engineering.

AMIE Membership Registration Process
- Visit the official site : www.amieindia.in
- - Click on "Membership Form" and Download the form of "Senior Technician" for getting admission to course B.E./B.Tech after diploma.
- Print the brochure which contains two application form. One is for postal coaching and another is for membership.
- Fill the both application form carefully.
- Affix the passport size photograph and sign the application wherever required.
- Attach the attested copies of (1) Certificate of 10th (2) Certificate of 12th/Diploma Passing (3) Mark sheet of 12th or Diploma (4) ID Proof
- Make a payment of Rs.12,000/- online.
- Send the application form along with attached documents to "Jyothis Academy, Opposite Indian Oil Pump, Kanjikuzhy, Kottayam - 686 004, Kerala".
- Once reached the application, They will check and verify the application and forward to IEI, Kolkata.
- You may get acknowledgement within 2 weeks.
