Sir i am 10+ 2 and have diploma in telecomunication & electronics engineering completed in army mar 1999. I have completed 30 years service in army and retired in the rank of subedar.

At age of 49 years, you are no longer eligible for any regular examination of central government of state government because of the fact for majority of government jobs either in central or state government, upper age limit is 32 years or 35 years. Ex Service man are given extra five years age relaxation.

Even after availing upper age relaxation, your age will be above limit. So, you can not apply for any entrance exam for government jobs. But you can become jailer or Head of guards in banks of India. Ex Serviceman are given these jobs. You must read daily newspapers for updates regarding vacancies for jailers or guards etc for Ex Serviceman.
