My friend there aren't any universities that are offering LLB through correspondence in Mumbai or any other part of the country. The LLB course is not allowed to be offered through correspondence or distance education by the Bar Council of India.

You will have to complete it through regular mode. Unfortunately there is no other option. There is a law degree which is offered through correspondence but unfortunately that degree is not valid as far as Bar Council of India is concerned.

Since Bar Council of India does not recognize it, you won't be allowed to practice in the court as lawyer with such degrees. Therefore I suggest you should apply for the LLB course through regular mode. There is no other option as for not.


LLB Eligibility

1. You should have bachelor degree in any stream.

2. Must have scored 45 percent marks in graduation.

3. SC/ST students need 40 percent marks in graduation.

4. The maximum age limit is 30 years for the course.

5. There is 5 years relaxation for SC/ST.

6. The criteria for OBC is same as General candidates.

As far as i am concerned , there are no any universities in Mumbai which are providing LLB course through Correspondence.

If you want to pursue the LLB course then you have to pursue it in regular mode.

i wanted to do correspondence LLB from jodhpur so which institution to prefer
or how to do LLB over there?

i am persuaing grad 3 year.i given exam of last year but now 3 yr result not come so can i apply entrance exam for llb course

i have complete my degree in commerce with 54% now i want do LLB in Mumbai which college is good for and where can take admission.

Is there any university providing Law degree through correspondence course in Mumbai ? If so what is the criteria for admission/enrollment ?
